*DUE TO COVID AND THE HOLIDAY SEASON, SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your order will ship 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If your order placed from Friday to Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed. After you have received your e-mail, please allow 1-2 business days for the package location to update.

MY ORDER TRACKING HAS BEEN STUCK/MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

Unfortunately, once your oder has shipped, we are no longer able to assist you with lost packages. Please reach out to your local post office, UPS, FedEx etc. for additional information on the location of your package.

CAN I CANCEL/RETURN MY ORDER?

Due to the limited amount of inventory at this time, we are currently do not allow orders to be cancelled. Thank you for understanding.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If an items appears to be damaged, please e-mail us at itsforeverland@gmail.com with a detailed description along with any images of the item. 

WILL YOU RESTOCK COLORS/DESIGNS THAT ARE SOLD OUT?

As of now, there is no guarantee that items will restock. Follow our instagram page itsforeverland for all the latest announcements and updates and what's coming.
